Business Owner or Employee - Which Are You?
I was reading some articles on ezine where I also post articles as an expert author and came across a great article. Kimberly Gingras has some personal observations that helps you determine the difference between the mentality of an employee versus the business owner. If you're thinking about making the move to self employment then you should read this short article by Kimberly on ezine: click here for the article.

Thanks for linking that article. I'd like to be self-employed, and I've been thinking about running my own business soon. I'll have to keep this post in mind. Instead of starting one from scratch, I've also been thinking about buying a business instead of starting one from scratch, even if it isn't home-based. Any suggestions? Advice? Thanks.
You can read two of my previous posts and trust they provide some guidance...I will leave you with a couple oftips , is the industry in high growth and what is the potential for your business to capture your share of the market in the first 2 years?

@Ray -- Thanks for the advice and suggestions. I'll have to check out the links. I did find a potential business on BizTrader.com, but I'll have to look better into it. Thanks again!
Always looking to help out my sponsors, click on the WSI banner below. I work with their franchisees globally and know that their applicant selection process provides a great deal of information and will ensure a win-win decision is made. They certainly are in the right high growth industry and they are looking for business minded people, not technocrats.
